Product Marketing Manager

My client is a well-established, high-growth B2B SaaS business and one of the most trusted names in the legal technology sector. Their technology sits right at the centre of how AI is transforming legal work.

As part of their continued growth across EMEA and APAC, they are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take true ownership of regional go-to-market strategy. This is a broad, highly visible role covering everything from deepening their position in an established market like the UK, to growing markets such as Benelux, the Nordics, Spain and Portugal, through to building the go-to-market approach from scratch in brand-new markets.

You'll work within a matrix organisation, partnering closely with the wider marketing team and staying closely aligned with demand generation colleagues in both the US and UK.

It's a rare opportunity to combine strategic market insight, storytelling and sales enablement, with direct, visible influence on both regional success and the wider global product roadmap.

Key Requirement for this role - you must have real understanding and experience of how lawyers and legal teams buy technology.

Location: Within easy commute of London preferred, to allow for occasional client meetings, but otherwise fully remote on a day-to-day basis. Some international travel for events, typically around once a quarter.

AS PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Owning regional go-to-market plans for new product launches, features and major releases across EMEA and APAC
• Developing culturally relevant positioning, messaging and value propositions that resonate with legal buyers in each market
• Building deep expertise in the legal tech landscape, competitors, buyer personas and regulatory nuances across your regions
• Partnering closely with sales and customer success to create localised sales tools, battlecards, case studies and pitch decks
• Working with content and demand generation teams on regional campaigns, events and thought leadership
• Building relationships with regional analysts and industry associations
• Acting as the link between global product, marketing and sales teams, feeding regional insight into the wider roadmap and strategy

THE IDEAL PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, WILL HAVE:

• 5+ years' B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally within legal tech or a technology closely adjacent to the legal buyer
• Your current title doesn't need to say ‘Product Marketing’; equivalent experience in value proposition development, messaging or sales enablement within legal tech is just as relevant
• A real understanding of how lawyers and legal teams buy technology, and what makes them tick
• Strong messaging and positioning skills, with the ability to turn complex technical capability into a compelling, differentiated story
• Experience developing go-to-market strategy for at least one of the EMEA or APAC regions; having worked across more than one is a plus
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures with global, matrixed teams
• A confident, collaborative communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• A self-starter who is comfortable owning ambiguous problems, while proactively keeping stakeholders in the loop
