🎨 We're Hiring: Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in developing impactful marketing materials for property development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media content, EDMs, and presentation decks
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for digital and print campaigns
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project positioning
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver creative solutions within deadlines
• Prepare artwork for print production and digital publishing
• Assist in maintaining and organizing design assets

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Figma is an added advantage
• Strong layout, typography, and branding skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment
