Role Description – Graphic Designer (Bengaluru)

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our Bengaluru office and provide design support services for a client based in Europe.

This is a full-time hybrid role, with a combination of office-based and remote working. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality corporate communication materials including:

·       Company brochures

·       Tender and proposal documents

·       Corporate presentations

·       Bid submission documents

·       Marketing collateral

·       Infographics and visual communication materials

The content and technical inputs will be provided by the client. The candidate will work closely on a daily basis with a team of Architects and Engineers based in Europe; therefore, excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for success in this role.

Essential Software Skills

The candidate should have strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in the following software tools:

·       Adobe InDesign – for proposal, brochure, and document layout design

·       Adobe Photoshop – for image editing and visual enhancement

·       Adobe Illustrator – for vector graphics, icons, and infographics

·       Microsoft PowerPoint – for professional corporate presentations

·       Microsoft Word – for formatting tender and proposal documents

·       Canva or similar design platforms (preferred)

·       Knowledge of PDF editing and document preparation tools such as Adobe Acrobat

Additional experience in motion graphics, presentation animation, or UI-based design tools such as Figma will be considered an advantage.

Qualifications

·       Degree or Diploma with specialization in Graphic Design or a related field

·       Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design

·      Experience in corporate communication, proposal design, architecture, engineering, or construction-related industries will be preferred
