Job Description

We are seeking experienced Software Engineers – AI to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable enterprise applications and AI-enabled solutions. This is a purpose-driven role supporting the healthcare sector and Medicaid population, ensuring advanced AI technologies improve service delivery, security, and compliance for vulnerable communities.

Required Experience

• 5+ years in systems study, design, and programming (3+ years in a lead capacity).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years with C# and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• 2+ years with AI/ML models, including AWS Bedrock and Azure AI.
• 3+ years working with RESTful APIs and external service integrations.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines for AI models (GitHub Actions, Terraform).
• Strong knowledge of AI frameworks (LangChain, MLflow, Hugging Face, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
• Experience developing AI-powered chatbots, automation agents, or decision support systems.
• Background in cloud security best practices and AI model optimization.
• Prior experience with healthcare or government-related AI solutions (Medicaid/Medicare is a plus).
