About the Role:
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role focuses on reporting, performance tracking, and process improvement using data-driven analysis and visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance.
- Support business units with ad hoc data requests and deep-dive analyses.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing) to optimize performance.
- Create data models and automate recurring reports for efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership using clear visualizations and storytelling.
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis preferred.
- Strong understanding of data visualization, KPI development, and reporting automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ETL processes and large datasets.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or HRIS systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday).
- Knowledge of business performance metrics and ROI analysis.
