The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to take full ownership of our revenue engine. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy and execution. You'll shape our brand, grow awareness, drive parent engagement, and build systems that convert interest into enrollments.

This is an opportunity to join a company early enough to help define its direction, but with the momentum to move fast. You'll be supported by a small, talented team and have a direct line to the CEO.

What You'll Do1. Sales & Strategy

• Own and optimize our enrollment funnel from lead to cohort placement
• Manage a small sales team and set clear KPIs
• Design sales playbooks, demo conversion flows, and webinar enrollment campaigns

2. Marketing & Brand

• Lead social, content, and campaign strategy across Kakao, Naver Blog, Instagram, and TikTok
• Drive parent-facing messaging that builds trust and emotional connection
• Partner with our curriculum and product teams to ensure brand consistency and clarity

3. Growth Ops

• Set up scalable CRM, automation, and reporting systems
• Track CAC, LTV, funnel conversions, and retention metrics
• Identify high-impact marketing opportunities, partnerships, and channel strategies

You Might Be a Fit If You...

• Have 5+ years in marketing or sales (with 2+ years managing teams)
• Have experience in education, edtech, or parent-facing consumer brands
• Deeply understand how Korean parents think and make decisions
• Are fluent in Korean (English proficiency a plus)
