🎯 Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Coordinator is the operational heartbeat of the marketing department—owning campaign execution, organization, and reporting across D2C, retail, PR, and influencer initiatives.
This role bridges creativity and precision: managing the marketing calendar, executing campaigns through Klaviyo and Shopify, optimizing content visibility (SEO), and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure every campaign launches on time and on brand.
_While this role manages and reports marketing performance metrics, overall campaign outcomes (CTR, ROI, and sales) are shared with leadership and channel managers.

Requirements
5-8 years in marketing, e-commerce, or digital campaigns—with progressive ownership of metrics and systems
Hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experience (or similar email platform)
Strong copywriter—email, product descriptions, review messaging, brand voice
Search optimization—Google SEO, Amazon keywords, marketplace visibility
Analytical—reads data, draws conclusions, acts on them
Multi-channel—familiar with 2+ of Shopify, Amazon, or retail e-commerce
Excellent English writing; experience working remotely
Technical Skills : Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, ClickUp, Canva, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
