We're looking for a Data Scientist / BI Developer with strong Power BI and Python skills to join a data-driven team delivering modern analytics and reporting solutions. You'll work across the full lifecycle of business intelligence initiatives - from understanding stakeholder needs to building dashboards, automating data flows, and driving continuous improvements.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop engaging Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Transform business requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Build and enhance data models, KPIs, and analytical datasets.
• Develop and maintain Python-based data processing pipelines.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality.
• Create scalable reporting solutions supporting strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing solutions.
• Produce clear technical and functional documentation.
• Occasionally travel to Brussel's office.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Power BI development.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
• Good Python programming skills.
• Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, or data engineering activities.
• Understanding of data modelling and business intelligence principles.
• Ability to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered analytics or data classification.
• Background in enterprise-scale reporting environments.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms.
• Experience working with large or complex datasets.
• Knowledge of data governance and quality management practices.
