Senior Program Manager – National Rollout Programs (Construction)

Location: Remote with Travel | Industry: Commercial Construction (Retail/QSR)

Compensation: $150K–$180K base + quarterly bonus + full benefits

Are you a seasoned construction leader who’s outgrown being just a doer? We're hiring a Senior Program Manager to own and scale high-volume, multi-site rollout programs for national retail and QSR clients.

This isn’t your typical PM role — it’s a strategic leadership position for someone who thrives on delegation, speed, and client ownership.

What You’ll Own

• Be the face of the company for your program/account — own the client relationship end-to-end
• Lead the full program: scope, budget, schedule, and client satisfaction
• Delegate day-to-day execution to junior PMs and field teams
• Drive consistency across 30–100+ simultaneous sites, often across time zones
• Make fast, strategic decisions — no waiting on long RFI cycles or committees
• Ensure standardization, compliance, logistics, and phasing are on point across sites

What We’re Looking For

• Rollout experience is a must — you’ve delivered programs with 30+ concurrent sites nationally
• You come from a GC background, not just client-side or construction management
• Proven ability to lead from the front, owning the outcome — not just executing tasks
• Experienced in managing PM teams, vendors, and client relationships simultaneously
• Strong with Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and project dashboards

Not the Right Fit If You…

• Have only worked on one-off tenant improvements or singular ground-up projects
• Lack experience with multi-state retail or QSR programs
• Are more of a solo operator than a leader who can delegate and scale through others
