Ardena is on the hunt for a Senior Graphic Designer—not just someone who knows their tools, but someone who can lead visual storytelling across digital and print like a boss.

If you’ve got razor-sharp design instincts, fluency in industry-standard tools, and a deep understanding of what makes creative work, keep reading.

🛠️ Design Tool Proficiency Adobe InDesign (Mandatory)

You must demonstrate advanced InDesign proficiency. We’re talking:

• Flawless layouts for print & digital
• Master pages, paragraph styles, grids
• Managing complex, multi-page docs like a pro
• Your portfolio should show it off.

Figma (Highly Desirable)

Not just knowing how to drag a frame—real Figma skill means:

• UI/UX workflows
• Prototypes
• Shared design systems
• Consistency across multiple screens and files

Vector Handling (Figma & Illustrator)

You’ll need:

• Precision with icons, illustrations, and SVGs
• Experience optimising vectors for web, mobile, and print
• Strong illustration and export skills

🎨 Creative Quality & Brand Oversight

• Creative Direction & Quality Control: You’ll review and approve assets to ensure everything meets high creative standards and sticks to the brand.
• Guidelines Enforcement: Develop and enforce brand consistency across all deliverables. Maintain and evolve style guides.
• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and dev teams. Mentor junior designers and give feedback that elevates the work.

⏱️ Turnaround, Sensibility & Execution

• Efficiency: Multi-task across projects without losing detail or speed. You can juggle 5 things and keep them all sharp.
• Design Intuition: Strong grasp of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy. You don’t just make it look good—you make it work.

🖨️ Print Design Knowledge

• Print Production: Know the drill—CMYK, bleeds, crop marks, file prep, and print vendor coordination.
• Tech Coordination: Work with printers to ensure files meet spec: pre-press checks, colour accuracy, troubleshooting—all part of the package.

💰 Compensation & Growth

• ₹50,000/month during the 3-month probation
• ₹30,000 bonus on successful completion of probation
• ₹60,000/month after probation
