About The Role
The Partner Marketing Manager is a self-sufficient, strategic marketer responsible for leading programs and initiatives that deepen engagement with Arctic Wolf’s most invested partners and elevate their experience across the partner lifecycle. This role drives meaningful, high-impact engagement among executive, technical, and sales audiences through signature programs such as Partner Jam (Global Partner Week), the Partner Advisory Council, and the Partner Champions Club.Reporting To Director, Global Partner Marketing, The Ideal Candidate Combines Executive Presence And Communication, Strong Product And Business Acumen, And Operational Excellence With a Creative, “builder” Mindset. Responsibilities
_Lead high-impact partner programs that strengthen relationships and elevate the partner experience

- Own strategy and execution for flagship engagement programs, including Partner Jam (Global Partner Week), Partner Advisory Council, and Partner Champions Club.
- Align cross-functional and executive stakeholders across Channel, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to drive cohesive event strategy, content, and follow-up.
- Deliver consistent, high-impact partner experiences through thoughtful planning, communication, and vendor management.
- Manage and report on program budgets to ensure investments deliver measurable partner and business results.

- Partner with the Lifecycle & GTM Manager to translate lifecycle strategy into actionable engagement programs and communications.
- Leverage engagement data and insights to grow Arctic Wolf’s most committed partners and inform benefit design, channel growth strategy, and program investments.

- Design exclusive experiences that recognize and engage top-performing partners while reinforcing the value of partnership.
- Integrate incentives, gamification, and communications strategies that drive participation and advocacy.
- Build scalable playbooks that regional and global teams can replicate to deliver consistent, high-value engagement.

- Define and measure engagement health, sentiment, and advocacy to track success and guide continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across Channel Leadership, Growth & Revenue Marketing, Global Partner Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to align engagement programs into a unified partner experience strategy.
- Share best practices globally to ensure consistency, scalability, and innovation across partner types and regions.
Who You Are
- Proven experience developing and executing executive-level or high-touch partner programs that drive engagement and measurable business impact.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels
- Deep channel acumen, including partner business models, profitability levers, go-to-market strategies, and engagement best practices; strong understanding of how marketing and sales funnels accelerate partner-driven pipeline.
- Analytical and data-driven, skilled at interpreting performance metrics, extracting insights, and applying continuous improvement.
- Highly organized and proactive, with excellent prioritization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative relationship builder who fosters trust and alignment with sales leaders, partner teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Able to manage budgets and prioritize investments based on performance and business need.
- Familiarity across Salesforce, PRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7+ years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing
- Comfortable leveraging marketing automation tools and Salesforce to build campaigns and track performance
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%, namely to Partner events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for cloud services/security technology company with mid-market focus
- 5-7 + years directly relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English or Communications, or related field of study
