What You’ll Do

• Fuel Pipeline Growth: Optimise organic search and activate top-performing lead magnets (e.g., IT Salary Guide) to feed sales-ready inbound leads to BD.
• Launch Targeted ABM: Deploy multi-touch ABM campaigns for high-value enterprise accounts, equipping sales with precision assets to accelerate deal cycles.
• Deliver Commercial Revenue: Measure and optimise campaigns strictly against commercial metrics: lead volume, conversion rates, and closed-won revenue.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Growth Marketer: Background in B2B demand gen/growth marketing, scaling pipelines, and executing targeted ABM in relationship-led sectors.
• Full-Funnel Operator: Hands-on experience with marketing tech, email automation, LinkedIn, GA4, and strong copywriting skills for sales enablement assets.
• Commercial Builder: Self-sufficient leader focused on total pipeline accountability over metrics.
