2025-7718 Data Analyst - Mid (Ceded Reinsurance)

Job Description

The successful candidate will facilitate and actively participate in operational data projects and ongoing data support for the team. Facilitate and coordinate achievement of the team’s delivery goals, while incorporating providing improved efficiency, increased IT system efficacy, better alignment of resources, and decreased rework in daily operations for end-to-end business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale data projects and work closely with business subject matter experts
• Work collaboratively across Arch departments to help improve data availability and data quality
• Define data requirements for vertical and horizontal data stores
• Perform data store testing, logging errors and collaborating with the team to initiate and implement remediation strategies
• Collaborate with the Ceded Reinsurance Operations team to define data requirements, perform testing and post-implementation activities for reinsurance automation efforts
• Provide ongoing production support on data analysis and reconciliations

• Excellent critical thinking skills to flag data issues
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Knowledge of and experience with reporting tools, microsoft excel, databases (SQL Server & PowerBI)
• Knowledge in Alteryx is a plus
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

Additional Information

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Data Analytics or equivalent
• Project Management experience preferred
