The Process Analytics Engineer will be a key member of the Enterprise Projects team, supporting process mining and operational analytics initiatives. This role focuses on preparing and transforming operational data for use in process analytics, developing process mining models, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Celonis or comparable tools, and a strong foundation in data engineering and Power Platform technologies.
Assist with the evaluation of process mining platform(s) – e.g. Celonis, Aris, etc.
Design and implement process mining models using Celonis or similar tools.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand operational workflows and associated data sources and translate them into event logs.
Build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes.
Conduct root cause analysis and identify process inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.
Required Skills/Experience
Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across all analytics initiatives.
5–7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms.
Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics.
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment and collaborate across global teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
