We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Developer with around 2 years of experience to help expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research and networking
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep CRM systems updated with lead and client information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Developer or in a similar sales role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
- Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
Preferred:
- Experience in IT field.
- Understanding of B2B or B2C sales cycles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
