About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Design Manager to lead the design and development of our digital presence, ensuring that our website not only meets the highest standards of user experience and design but also aligns with the overall mission and objectives of the organization. In collaboration with department managers, you will be responsible for improving the visual appeal and functionality of the website, adjusting it to meet the needs and requirements of different teams within the company. As the Web Design Manager, you will oversee a team of 10 web designers and 2 IT officers, providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction. You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), ensuring that your designs align with the broader technological goals of the organization. You will meet with your team every two weeks online to discuss project progress, provide feedback, and foster collaboration.

Collaborate with department managers to gather requirements, prioritize design updates, and ensure timely project delivery. Utilize tools like Figma and Trello to manage and track progress.
Skills and Competencies Required:
Web Design Expertise:
Proficiency in WIX and related design tools, with a strong understanding of creating visually striking and user-friendly websites. Experience with coding and technical troubleshooting is a plus.
Leadership and Team Management:
Strong management experience, with the ability to lead a diverse team, provide constructive feedback, and drive projects to completion on time.
