The Role:
We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who can own our entire digital marketing ecosystem. This isn't just another marketing role – you'll be the strategic architect and hands-on executor of our growth engine. You'll manage everything from paid acquisition and social media to influencer partnerships and product launches, all while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to create competitive advantages.
What You'll Own
Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Design, execute, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Manage substantial ad budgets with clear ROI accountability
- Build sophisticated attribution models and conversion funnels
- A/B test creative, audiences, and bidding strategies at scale
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Develop platform-specific content strategies that resonate with contractors and construction professionals
- Create and curate engaging content that drives both awareness and conversion
- Build and manage our social media presence across all relevant channels
- Collaborate with industry influencers and thought leaders
Brand & Product Marketing
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Develop messaging frameworks that differentiate Super Arbor in the marketplace
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent voice across all touchpoints
- Create compelling case studies and success stories from our marketplace
Growth Strategy & Analytics
- Identify new growth channels and expansion opportunities
- Build comprehensive reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research
- Optimize the entire customer acquisition and retention funnel
AI-Powered Marketing Innovation
- Implement AI tools for content creation, ad optimization, and audience targeting
- Leverage machine learning for predictive analytics and customer segmentation
- Stay ahead of emerging AI marketing technologies and integrate them strategically
- Use AI to automate and scale marketing processes
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- 3-6 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketplaces or construction/industrial sectors
- Proven track record managing $25K+ monthly ad spend across multiple platforms
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Background in content marketing and social media strategy
Startup DNA
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you'll wear multiple hats
- Comfortable with rapid iteration, testing, and pivoting based on data
- Self-starter who can build processes from scratch and scale them
- Experience working with limited resources and maximizing impact
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) and video editing software
Strategic Mindset
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and complex sales cycles
- Experience with account-based marketing and enterprise sales support
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
