Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage the CEO’s calendar, optimizing scheduling and commitments to ensure priorities are met efficiently.
- Coordinate communications, serving as a trusted liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas, taking clear action-oriented notes, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive efficiencies within executive operations.
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity, ensuring sensitive matters are handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects, providing research, insights, and recommendations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, ideally in fast-paced startups or tech environments.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills.
