Building upon our initial footprint, this role represents a pivotal stage in establishing our direct operations, focused on scaling our commercial coverage, expanding our network of authorized dealers, and driving the next chapter of ARB’s growth in Mexico.

Job Description

Position Title: Field Marketing Manager – Mexico

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Model: Remote (Mexico-Based) / Flexible Home-Office

Target Locations: Mexico City (CDMX), Guadalajara (GDL), or Monterrey (MTY) preferred

Travel Requirement: Up to 40% (regional travel across key off-road hubs in Mexico)

Role Overview:

A strategic, high-ownership Field Marketing Manager based in Mexico to direct and execute the brand’s localized market entry, D2C launch roadmap, and regional growth from the ground up. This individual bridges high-level strategic planning with lean, hands-on execution—driving audience growth across ARB Mexico’s digital channels, leading performance ads, and maximizing qualified D2C website traffic. Key operational responsibilities include end-to-end content production and editing, OEM dealership enablement, specialized press fleet logistics, micro-influencer partnerships, and grassroots 4x4 community engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Scope:

• Digital Growth, E-Commerce & Ads Strategy: Direct and execute campaigns to grow ARB Mexico’s social footprint (Meta, TikTok) and drive high-intent traffic to the D2C e-commerce platform via search and paid performance ad channels.
• Hands-on Content Creation & Editing: Coordinate and directly produce agile short-form video and multimedia assets (including basic video editing) to maintain an active, high-converting social media presence.
• Targeted Retail & Dealer Enablement: Build direct relationships with key dealership managers and specialized 4x4 workshop owners in primary cities to supply printed sales collateral, product spec sheets, and strategic POP displays.
• Automotive Press & Media Logistics: Oversee media relations and manage the end-to-end logistics, maintenance, and rotation of dedicated ARB demo vehicles across specialized automotive journalists, media test drive handoffs, and event activations.
• Influencer Seeding & Club Advocacy: Onboard targeted 4x4 micro-influencers via product seeding; coordinate organic ambassador perks and trail merch distribution for regional 4x4 club leaders.
• Brand Representative: Serve as the primary operational link for ARB in Mexico during media test drive handoffs, localized dealer visits, trade shows, and community trail touchpoints.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Industry Experience (MUST): 4–6+ years of proven experience in the automotive off-road world, OEM dealership networks, or premium 4x4 aftermarket accessories industry in Mexico.
• Established Network: Solid, pre-existing contacts within the Mexican 4x4 ecosystem, including relationships with specialized automotive journalists, dealership sales operations, 4x4 installer workshops, and regional off-road clubs.
• Technical Digital Skillset: Strong proficiency in digital marketing, paid performance ads (Meta Ads / Google Ads), e-commerce platform management, and hands-on content creation with basic video editing capabilities.
• Strategic & Growth Mindset: Proven ability to connect top-of-funnel brand awareness with D2C traffic acquisition, conversion goals, and social media growth metrics.
• Location & Mobility: Preferred residency in Mexico City (CDMX), Guadalajara (GDL), or Monterrey (MTY), with open flexibility to hire top talent anywhere in Mexico. Must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 40% regionally.
• Language Skills: Bilingual or Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) with strong business communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with local partners and international corporate teams.
