Role Overview: We are seeking a data-driven and creative Director of Digital Marketing to own Aracor’s digital growth – strategy through execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on generating pipeline, optimizing the marketing funnel, and working with the internal team to drive measurable results.
This is a leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling digital demand generation, paid media, website and conversion strategy, product-led growth initiatives, and marketing automation. This role will optimize acquisition funnels, scale campaigns, and improve conversion – laying the groundwork for scalable systems and reporting.
What You’ll Do:
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Own and evolve the digital marketing roadmap, focused on SEO/SEM, web strategy, conversion optimization, and full-funnel performance campaigns.
- Plan and manage multi-touch campaigns across paid media, social, video, email, and content syndication.
Product-Led Growth (PLG) & Web Experience
- Collaborate with Product and Design to build and optimize onboarding flows, in-product messaging, and website lead conversion paths
- Leverage website analytics to optimize funnel performance and trial conversion
Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
- Run account-based marketing and performance campaigns targeting key segments including venture capital, private equity, legal firms, and corporate M&A teams
- Manage spend across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Capterra, and retargeting platforms – testing for ROI
Marketing Tech Stack & Automation
- Own and optimize the marketing tech stack, with a focus on HubSpot, analytics tools, lead scoring, conversion, and nurturing
- Implement scalable workflows for email marketing, behavioral segmentation, and sales handoff
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor KPIs across pipeline, Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, channel performance, and conversation rates; deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
Brand, Content & Community
- Scale thought leadership, product education, and brand storytelling
- Support growth of Aracor’s presence in VC, PE, and in-house legal ecosystems via webinars, newsletter engagement, and curated partnerships.
What You Bring
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership, move quickly, and execute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- 5-10+ years of experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing or growth roles, ideally within LegalTech, SaaS, or PLG environments.
- Track record of leading successful digital campaigns and product-led acquisition funnels.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO/SEM tools, heatmaps, and paid platforms.
- Strategic thinker who thrives on experimentation, data analysis, and rapid iteration.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence Product, Sales, and executive teams.
