Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing initiatives and enhance brand presence across key markets. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our psychotherapy services across various platforms, focusing on both B2B clients in sectors such as banking, NGOs, insurance, and healthcare, as well as B2C audiences seeking individual and couple therapy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertisements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the objectives and goals of the Business.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencers PR, and traditional media.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis to understand company and product positioning, identify target audiences, and establish specific marketing objectives
- Develop and manage the calendar for marketing programs, events, and activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, consumer demands, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with business development and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are well-integrated and aligned.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics, offering actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company at the cutting edge of marketing.
- Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
- Performs any other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing management, ideally in the healthcare, telecom wellness, or in startups that have a B2C offering through a mobile app.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging for both B2B and B2C clients.
- Experience in managing a team.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with mental health services and wellness trends.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is a plus
