Partnering with Aquent, they are seeking a skilled Vendor Marketing Program Manager to join their dynamic team.

About The Role:

As a Vendor Marketing Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind successful vendor marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with top brands in the outdoor industry, developing and executing strategic marketing plans that elevate brand visibility, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage complex projects, and analyze campaign performance will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Onboard vendors into the campaign intake process, managing briefs and individual campaign objectives.

Collaborate with the paid marketing team to design and execute marketing plans that achieve vendor objectives.

Partner with cross-divisional teams to identify key value points for each partner program.

Manage regular touchpoints and agendas with cross-divisional partners.

Provide campaign reporting and analysis for individual campaigns and overall program performance.

Manage invoicing for individual campaigns in collaboration with vendors and accounting.

Monitor best practices, evaluate areas for enhancement, and assess emerging trends to optimize programming and leverage new opportunities.

Cultivate strong relationships with vendor partners, serving as their primary point of contact.

Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing partner inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with vendors to design paid marketing tactics, define capabilities, and identify desired outcomes.

Ensure campaigns remain on strategy, on time, and within budget.

Analyze program performance to determine overall success against key objectives and KPIs.

Continuously assess partner satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or renewals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in brand marketing, account management, client management, business development, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to bring ideas to life in a marketing environment.

Demonstrated experience in managing marketing relationships.

Proven program management experience with a track record of innovative thinking and sound judgment.

Proven ability to develop program plans that meet/exceed goals and manage program budgets.

Ability to influence and bring to life strategy regarding key program initiatives.

Strong decision-making skills, incorporating information from various sources.

Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Effective communication skills, keeping others informed of work plans and progress.

Strong written and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field.

5+ years of experience developing marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with partners and teams.

Experience developing annual partnership and marketing plans.

Experience working with content and creative teams, including design and copywriting functions.

Retail industry experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $75-80/hr Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
