Product Designer

IMPORTANT: At this time we can only consider candidates who have worked on products with an AI component and have samples of such work available in their portfolio. Please only apply if you have AI product experience.

This is a 5-6 month project.

Our client is a quickly expanding enterprise cloud software company that provides an AI-enhanced platform to optimize the creation and management of automated business workflows. Aquent Studios seeks to bring on a senior level Product Designer to support our client and own all aspects of design on this project – from the overall UX vision, to personally creating high fidelity, final deliverables.

You will deliver: Overall UX vision demo for an Al-forward Employee Hub. This will include wireframes all the way to high-fi desktop, mobile and tablet screens and widgets. Project will include creation of Figma files and sticker sheets including modern components to build the future experience.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant design experience.
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant, holistic solutions based on human-centered design and research data.
• Demonstration of innovation-focused product development, integrating new technologies like Al.
• Experience in developing frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work and successfully bring a product design from conception to launch with minimal supervision.
• Experience with a variety of form factors including desktop, mobile and/or OS-widget creation (app development a plus).
• A growth mindset, actively broadening areas of inquiry and learning.
• Ability to articulate and champion design solutions based on human-centered design principles and research data.
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency).
• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in other related fields.

Compensation Range: $75-80/hr W2

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
