As a UX Designer on the Answer Card Framework team, you will be instrumental in:

Creating high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process to deliver exceptional end-to-end user experiences.
Scoping and prioritizing work across multiple projects and tasks.
Conducting usability tests with end-users and stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of user needs and challenges.
Presenting your work to diverse audiences, effectively communicating design rationale and impact.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of experience building, maintaining, or scaling a design system, including deep understanding of component libraries, design tokens, and accessibility standards.
5+ years of experience collaborating effectively with front-end developers, translating design specifications into functional code.
5+ years of experience clearly documenting guidelines, usage patterns, and providing patterns to partner design teams.
5+ years of experience with Figma, demonstrating advanced skills in Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Tokens, and Libraries, including setting up scalable Figma libraries for other designers.
Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX design, particularly in complex user scenarios.
Demonstrated knowledge of UX methodologies, design patterns, accessibility best practices, and systems thinking.
A keen eye for visual design and layout, with an understanding of multi-modal design patterns and various form factors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver high-quality work.
