Responsibilities

Design user-centered interfaces for search experiences, focusing on intuitive navigation and information architecture.
Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications that effectively communicate design solutions.
Collaborate with UX researchers to understand user needs and behaviors, incorporating findings into design iterations.
Partner with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, maintaining quality and consistency.
Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides, ensuring a cohesive user experience across platforms.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions and impact.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously pushing the boundaries of search design.

Must-Have Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in product design, with a focus on UX/UI for web and mobile applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating a user-centered approach and strong visual design skills.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with AI-powered design tools and technologies.
Experience designing for large-scale, global products.
Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
Experience with prototyping tools.
