As a key member of the Marketing team, you will:

Develop and refine messaging frameworks that clearly communicate the value proposition to target audiences.
Craft compelling narratives and stories that resonate with startup founders and investors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing materials.
Manage messaging projects from concept to execution, including briefs, decks, and marketing content.
Create founder-facing messaging that aligns with strategic goals and resonates with startup audiences.
Gather insights and feedback from internal and external stakeholders to inform messaging strategy.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of experience in brand strategy, messaging development, and storytelling, preferably within the tech or startup ecosystem.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex ideas.
Proven ability to translate technical or business concepts into clear and persuasive messaging.
Experience creating marketing collateral such as one-pagers, case studies, and talk tracks.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Self-starter mentality, collaborative mindset, and demonstrated leadership potential.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

A portfolio of writing samples showcasing storytelling, brand positioning, and marketing collateral.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.85 to $38.73 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
