As a key contributor to a dynamic team, you will dive into critical projects focused on market segmentation, lead nurturing, and advanced account-based marketing strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and attracting the right founders, guiding them to engage with our offerings and leverage our support. This role offers the chance to directly influence market perception, foster strong relationships within the startup community, and see the tangible results of your marketing efforts in the growth of new enterprises.

What You’ll Do

• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, meticulously analyzing collected data to inform strategy.
• Conduct in-depth research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with diverse professionals to gather insights.
• Devise and evaluate innovative methods for data collection, including surveys, opinion polls, and questionnaires.
• Gather comprehensive data on competitors, analyzing their pricing, sales, and marketing approaches.
• Measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs.
• Develop and implement robust procedures for identifying advertising needs and opportunities.
• Direct and guide trained survey interviewers to ensure data quality and consistency.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent training.
• 8-10 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated strong account-based marketing (ABM) experience.
• Proven knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Familiarity with venture capital (VC) and startup ecosystems.
