Make a real impact on a leading healthcare company as a Marketing Communications Analyst! Partnering with Aquent, you’ll join a team dedicated to connecting people with essential healthcare resources. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your marketing savvy with a mission-driven purpose. You will play a vital role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that directly impact member engagement and growth.

As a key member of the marketing communications team, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners, analyze campaign performance, and continuously refine strategies to maximize impact and ROI. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference in healthcare.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and coordinate marketing and communication programs for prospective and existing members.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign results to business leaders, providing actionable insights.
  • Develop project briefs based on market analysis and identified needs.
  • Serve as the content editor, ensuring quality and consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and achieve measurable goals.
  • Implement automated campaigns within a leading marketing automation platform.
  • Tailor programs to specific market needs to attract new members and retain existing ones.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience with a leading marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Proven experience in omni-channel marketing, with a focus on digital and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Medicaid or healthcare marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changes.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.76 to $32.76 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
