Job Title: Design Ops Project Manager
Client Location: REMOTE (must work PST hours)

Our paid subscription service client is looking to bring on Design Ops Project Manager to their team.
This is broken down by DesignOps Support (60%) and Tactical Responsibilities (40%)
Responsibilities:
- Organization Tooling and Standards
- Maintain and support Asana boards for organization resourcing, overall set-up, and maintenance. Ensure each team is using Asana properly.
- Ensure Figma standards are being applied across the organization.
- Walkthrough of new hires on how to use Asana and Figma in the organization.
- Ensure that wiki is updated with latest best practices on:
- Setting up Asana.
- What are the mechanisms and best practices we have on using Asana and Figma.
- Ensure that Asana is updated for the Launch Calendar.
- Manage the wiki for the DesignOps team.
- Project/Sprint management support
- Board administration: work as the administrator of the sprint board. Ensure that tasks and milestones are up to date and the sprint tools are working well.
- Planning support for each pod.
- Sprint planning meetings: assist in estimation and subtask creation.
- Meeting representation:
- Assisting with planning meetings and organizing meeting logistics.
- Note-taking, tracking action items.
- Attending meetings where DesignOps representation is needed.
- Providing status updates.
- Reporting back with detailed updates to stakeholders.
- Project support:
- Assist in the development of program management documents such as project schedules, scope estimates, and project plans.
- May include meeting with designers and stakeholders on lower-priority initiatives to assess their needs and define design requirements, acceptance criteria, and timelines.
- Help monitor design progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Assisting with updating project documentation, keeping project pages up to date, sending out weekly updates to partners and leadership, and assisting with weekly project updates.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a Design Ops or similar role (creative operations)
- Preferred: experience with product launches / consumer and/or enterprise products
- Experience in leading projects with a strong organizational mindset.
- Has been able to work with a creative team.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Experience with Asana and/or Figma.
- Experience with Wiki preferred but not mandated
