Our Preferred Healthcare Client is seeking a Product Strategy Senior Advisor to join their design leadership team. This role is crucial for shaping the consumer, provider, client, and broker experiences across both organizations. We’re looking for a highly collaborative and creative individual who thrives in ambiguous environments and is passionate about driving innovation.
About The Role
You’ll tackle early-stage, abstract problems, working on projects typically lasting three months. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying user needs, defining business value, and refining problem statements. This isn’t about simply executing pre-defined specifications; it’s about a human-centered design approach to collaboratively define problems and develop impactful solutions.

Design Philosophy: Articulate your understanding of design’s role in addressing human needs, business opportunities, and technical feasibility.

Problem Definition: Showcase your research, user interviews, and data analysis.
Ideation: Provide examples of low-fidelity prototypes, sketches, and workshop facilitation.

Client Description
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54to 60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
