In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate the brand and drive growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead the development of annual marketing plans, and contribute to the long-term vision of the brand.

As a Brand Manager, You Will

Spearhead the development and execution of annual marketing plans encompassing all aspects of the marketing mix, including packaging, new product development and launch, pricing, promotion, market research, advertising, and media.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Consumer Insights, Packaging Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance, to execute key business initiatives.
Participate in the Integrated Commercial Planning process, ensuring seamless implementation of brand initiatives within retail channels.
Lead monthly brand reviews, analyzing market share and shipment performance, identifying root causes, and developing actionable recommendations.

Must-Have Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management within the Consumer Packaged Goods/Beverage industry.
Proven experience in brand development, agency management, and brand planning (commercialization, budgeting, and forecasting).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, analytical expertise, and familiarity with syndicated and internal data sources.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.16 to $57.96 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
