Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing vision at a pioneering water technology company. Key Responsibilities**
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on go-to-market and segment-specific priorities
- Own and manage the annual marketing budget to optimize ROI
Brand Development & Management
- Strengthen the company’s brand identity in the water technology and sustainability space
- Craft compelling product messaging that accelerates buyer confidence and shortens the sales cycle
- Serve as a key ambassador of the company’s tone and voice
Digital & Content Marketing
- Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, website optimization, and content strategy
- Develop and manage content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and market traction
- Launch targeted email marketing and nurture campaigns
- Monitor and optimize marketing performance using analytics tools
Product Marketing & Launch Support
- Collaborate with product teams on go-to-market strategies for innovations like low-energy desalination and water reuse
- Create positioning, messaging, and collateral that resonate with technical audiences
- Plan and execute successful product launch campaigns
- Incorporate customer feedback into product messaging and positioning to improve win rates
Qualifications
Experience & Education
- 5–7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Proven record of successful marketing in technical, startup, or water-related sectors
- Experience marketing innovations in startup or early-stage environments
- Professional marketing certifications (e.g., CIM, DMI) a plus
Industry Knowledge
- Deep interest in water technology, sustainability, and environmental innovation
- Familiarity with trends and challenges in the water industry
- B2B marketing expertise, particularly in technical or industrial sectors
Technical Skills
- Strong command of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and CRM systems
- Experience with CMS platforms and SEO/SEM best practices
- Ability to analyze and act on marketing performance data
- Graphic design knowledge and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
