Full Stack Software Engineer (Contract – 3 Month Engagement)

We are hiring 2–3 Full Stack Software Engineers for a 3-month, full-time contract engagement to accelerate feature delivery and improve code quality across our e-commerce platforms.

candidate will immediately join an ongoing challenging and interesting project with a USA client.

We are targeting strong mid-level engineers (senior candidates welcome) who can:

● Deliver features end-to-end

● Ramp quickly in an existing codebase

● Work independently within sprint commitments

● Overlap with US business hours

This is a fixed 3-month engagement with low probability of extension.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and implement complete full stack features.

● Develop backend APIs using PHP (MVC framework) and Node.js.

● Build and enhance Angular-based web applications.

● Implement responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.

● Design and optimize relational database queries.

● Refactor and improve existing code for maintainability and performance.

● Strengthen automated test coverage where appropriate.

● Participate in peer code reviews.

● Deliver committed sprint work consistently and independently.

Required Qualifications

● 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

● Strong PHP experience within an MVC framework (Symfony, Laravel, Zend, CakePHP, or similar).

● Strong Node.js experience (NestJS, Express, or similar).

● Strong relational database experience (MySQL or similar).

● Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

● Experience developing Single Page Applications.

● Ability to ramp quickly in an existing codebase and begin delivering within 1–2 weeks.

● Demonstrated ability to independently implement features across backend and frontend layers.

Preferred Qualifications

● Strong Angular (2+) experience.

● Experience with additional SPA frameworks (React, Vue).

● Experience working with serverless backend services.

● Experience improving automated test coverage in mature systems.

● Experience in transaction-heavy or e-commerce platforms.

● Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
