Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic SEO Marketing Specialist to own and drive our organic growth. You will be responsible for improving our search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and generating high-quality leads for our courses. The ideal candidate is an expert in all facets of modern SEO—from technical audits and keyword research to next-generation content strategy and authority building. Key Responsibilities:

·      SEO Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and drive traffic to our website, blog, and YouTube channel.

·      Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and guide content creation, focusing on topics relevant to UPSC, Civil Services, and other government exams.

·      On-Page & Technical SEO: Perform regular website audits and optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, content, internal linking) and technical aspects (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, schema markup) to ensure maximum search engine performance.

·      LLM Optimization: Optimize content for Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging search technologies to ensure visibility in AI-driven search results and conversational queries.

·      Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to plan and create a pipeline of SEO-driven blog posts, articles, and landing pages that attract and engage our target audience.

·      YouTube SEO: Manage and optimize our YouTube channel to increase watch time, subscribers, and traffic. This includes optimizing video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for discoverability.

·      Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Spearhead our off-page SEO and authority-building strategy. Securing guest posts and collaborations on high Domain Authority (DA) websites relevant to education and news is a mandatory part of this role.

·      Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Ahrefs/SEMrush. Provide regular, insightful reports on rankings, traffic, and lead generation to measure ROI.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

·      Experience: 2-4 years of proven, hands-on experience in an SEO-focused role, preferably within the EdTech or a content-heavy B2C industry.

·      Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and the impact of LLMs on search.

·      Link Building Expertise: Proven experience in outreach and successfully securing guest posts on reputable, high-DA websites is a must.

·      Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience with industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).

·      Content-Driven Approach: A strong ability to translate keyword research and data into a tangible content strategy that drives results.

·      YouTube Experience: Demonstrable experience in growing a YouTube channel through organic SEO tactics is a significant plus.

·      Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.

·      Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who stays constantly updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
