Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and big data analytics to extract valuable insights from large datasets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts, to develop predictive models and AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Data Analysis & Modeling:
• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and patterns.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning (ML) and statistical techniques.
✔ Machine Learning & AI Development:
• Build, train, and optimize ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Develop deep learning, NLP, or computer vision solutions (if applicable).
• Implement model validation, A/B testing, and hyperparameter tuning.
✔ Big Data & Cloud Integration:
• Work with big data tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Databricks.
• Deploy models on AWS, GCP, or Azure AI platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).
✔ Business Intelligence & Visualization:
• Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders, executives, and product teams.
✔ Collaboration & Deployment:
• Work closely with data engineers to optimize data pipelines.
• Deploy ML models into production with MLOps best practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Technical Skills:
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Snowflake, Redshift).
✅ Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
✔ PhD or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
