We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who can own execution across our client portfolio - part content creator, part campaign operator, part strategist-in-training, part "I'll just figure it out" when the situation calls for it. You'll keep content flowing, campaigns running, and clients impressed.
About us:
We're a small (but growing fast!) B2B marketing agency for early-stage tech companies across Europe and beyond. We support ambitious teams with 360-degree growth: from positioning, content, demand gen, to SEO, lead generation, and social media visibility.
What you'll do:
- Create content. Blog posts, case studies, LinkedIn content, website copy, email sequences, outbound messaging. You'll write across the full B2B funnel for multiple clients - and make sure it's sharp, on-brand, and on-brief.
- Optimise for search. Keyword research, internal linking, on-page SEO and AEO - you'll make sure our content doesn't just read well, but gets found.
- Run campaigns. Help set up and manage email workflows, LinkedIn outreach, paid ads, and other demand gen activities. You don't just write the brief - you press the buttons too.
- Support strategy. Help shape what we do and why. From ICP research and competitor analysis to funnel mapping and editorial planning - you'll contribute to the thinking, not just the doing.
- Keep things organised. Light project management - tracking tasks, updating timelines, coordinating with designers, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Get your hands dirty. Small team, big ambitions. You'll publish in Webflow, tweak LinkedIn posts, prep client decks, brief designers, pull reports, and fill gaps. If the title "jack of all trades" doesn't scare you, good.
What we're looking for:
- Great to work with. Positive energy, low ego, high reliability. Generally - just be a good person.
- 2-3+ years in B2B marketing - content, demand gen, campaigns, or a mix of all three. You've done this before - strategically and hands-on.
- Someone who can take a task from brief to delivery without needing to be chased. Start to finish, you've got it.
- A genuinely good writer. Clear, engaging B2B copy that people actually want to read - no corporate waffle.
- Good with AI tools - and always looking for the next one. We're an AI-forward agency, and we expect you to be too.
- Comfortable with marketing tools - CMS, email platforms, LinkedIn, analytics. You don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you're not afraid of a new dashboard.
- Strong attention to detail.
- C1+ English. Our clients are global.
- Also fluent in Polish.
