About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to drive visual storytelling and elevate our brand presence across digital channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing assets, enhance user experience, and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design & Content Creation
- Design high-quality marketing collateral including emailers, PDFs, one-pagers, flipbooks, presentations, brochures, and sales enablement materials.
- Create engaging social media creatives, infographics, GIFs, banners, illustrations, and short-form videos.
- Design visual assets for blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, success stories, and digital campaigns.
- Develop compelling creatives that increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Marketing & Campaign Design
- Design graphics for webinars, events, product launches, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create high-converting landing pages, email templates, CTAs, and digital advertisements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to produce campaign assets aligned with business objectives.
Website & UI/UX Design
- Improve website layouts, landing pages, and overall user experience.
- Design website mockups, wireframes, and user interface components.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
Branding & Visual Identity
- Maintain consistency across all digital and print branding materials.
- Enhance and evolve the organization's visual identity and design guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work with marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver projects on time.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, branding initiatives, and product marketing.
- Streamline design workflows and contribute to process improvements.
Internal Design Support
- Design internal communication materials, presentations, stationery, and branding assets.
- Support cross-functional teams with creative requirements for ongoing business initiatives.
Performance-Driven Design
- Analyze campaign performance and user engagement metrics to optimize creative assets.
- Continuously improve designs based on feedback and data insights.
Required Skills
- 6ā10+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, and creative design projects.
- Expert knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Canva
- Experience designing websites, landing pages, and user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Basic experience with video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience working with B2B SaaS, Technology, IT Services, or Digital Marketing organizations.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, demand generation, and growth teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Graphic Design, UI/UX, or Digital Design are a plus.
