Position: Click Software Engineer/Consultant

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Click Software Engineer/Consultant to design, develop, configure, and support Click Software solutions that enable efficient field service operations. The role partners closely with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver scalable scheduling, dispatching, and mobility solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and customize Click Software solutions (ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, ClickOptimize, Click Field Service Edge).
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
• Develop and maintain Click rules, scripts, and system extensions.
• Build and support integrations between Click Software and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, billing systems).
• Analyze scheduling, dispatch, and workforce optimization requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across Click environments.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments.
• Collaborate with project managers, functional analysts, and operations teams during implementations.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents, defects, and enhancement requests.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
Required Qualifications
• 3–7+ years of experience working with Click Software or Click Field Service solutions.
• Hands-on experience with ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, and ClickOptimize.
• Strong knowledge of Click configuration frameworks, rules, and scripting.
• Understanding of field service management concepts including scheduling, dispatch, and workforce planning.
• Experience building integrations using APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Java, JavaScript, XML, Groovy, or similar).
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Click Field Service Edge or SaaS-based Click solutions.
• Experience integrating with SAP, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems.
• Background in utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing, or service-based industries.
• Click Software certifications preferred.
