AppRabbit is a fast-growing startup building software for the fitness and coaching industry. We're looking for an engineer who can think critically from a customer perspective and implement solutions across backend, frontend, and mobile. The ideal candidate understands the challenges of working in a startup and how to balance speed with long-term scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across backend, web, and mobile
• Develop and maintain scalable APIs and application logic
• Contribute to mobile app development and deployment
• Collaborate closely with product and operations to ship quickly and iterate
• Balance speed with code quality and long-term maintainability
• Take ownership of projects from concept through production

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong experience across frontend and backend development
• Experience building and deploying production applications with active users
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly

Preferred Experience

• Mobile app development, especially Flutter
• Flutter Web experience is a strong plus
• Backend/API development with Nest.js
• Integrating and managing Stripe APIs
• Experience using LLMs and AI in real production workflows
