As the lead Salesforce solution designer on our Digital Customer Experience team, you'll develop and build scalable, efficient solutions that follow Progressive's standard methodologies and established architecture. As a technical leader, you'll collaborate closely with project managers, business systems analysts, and other developers to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. You'll also design and develop Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, translating complex business requirements into actionable designs with detailed visual diagrams and thorough documentation.
This is a remote position for US-based work only.
Must-have qualifications
- Minimum of 9 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
- {OR} Completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 6 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and a minimum of 6 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
Preferred skills
- Deep expertise with Salesforce products and platform capabilities, including Service Cloud, Platform Cloud, Flows, Email-to-Case, Omni-Channel, Chat, LWCs, Apex, etc.
- Experience with AWS, C#, .NET, XML, REST, and API development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Gearset to support deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro for creating technical visuals.
Compensation
- $132,000 - $150,000/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
