About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our Marketing and Product Analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build models, and generate insights that drive key decisions across our marketing and product functions. Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform data to ensure quality and usability across analytics initiatives.
- Build, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems.
- Using your SQL, Python, R expertise to interrogate our data to solve key business problems.
- Create clear, concise dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights on user behavior, marketing performance, and product engagement.

- Partner with product managers, marketers, and engineers to design experiments and evaluate their outcomes.
- Experience in taking a business question or problem and turning it into an insight brief
- Perform deep dives into campaign metrics to identify drivers of performance and recommend actionable strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Marketing analytics.
- Proactively bringing new ideas to the table relating to business questions, analytics approaches, datasets and ways of working.
- Shape our marketing approach actionable insights.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Python and SQL (MySQL or Redshift experience preferred).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of machine learning, A/B testing, customer segmentation and statistical analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured business approach to working with complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly o non-technical audiences.
- Highly motivated and collaborative to excel in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Proven work experience in working on business analytics and marketing insights.
Education and Background
- B.E./B.Tech. from a Tier I College (IITs/NITs/BITS) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytics/data science role. Prior experience in marketing/customer analytics required.
- Prior experience working in a consumer-tech, credit/lending or fintech environment is a plus.
- Experience in a business or marketing analytics product setting, leveraging data science to drive business outcomes.
