Senior Program Manager

Remote role, work needs to be in EST hours

As a Sr. Program Manager, you will collaborate on complex programs critical to consulting strategy. You will support the detailed execution and governance of strategic programs, providing clear management of and visibility into progress, risks, and tradeoffs, enabling program teams to deliver effectively and senior leaders to make informed decisions.

Top 3 Requirements:

• Strong technical program management experience (end-to-end delivery, complex programs).
• Agile expertise with experience working across product, engineering, and architecture teams.
• Stakeholder management and executive communication (decision support, reporting, influencing without authority).

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally in customer success or professional services environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders, including preparing materials, facilitating discussions, and supporting decision-making.
• Expertise in working with business and technical on highly complex initiatives involving product, engineering, architecture teams, in a fast-paced environment, using Agile methodologies.
• Good technical background and aptitude, detailed driven and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and balance detailed execution with strategic context.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end program lifecycle: scope, schedule, milestones, risk management, dependencies, measurable success metrics, and overall execution.
• Partner with SMEs to simplify the technically complex, and drive well-educated data-driven decisions across product, engineering, architecture, and content.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, anticipate bottlenecks, lead escalations, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
• Provide clear, executive-ready reporting and summaries that communicate progress, risks, outcomes, and recommendations.
• Influence without direct authority by building trust, aligning stakeholders around shared goals, and navigating competing priorities to move work forward.
