- Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to develop and operationalize predictive models.
- Translate business needs into scalable data products and actionable intelligence.
- Support use cases such as customer retention, renewal propensity, customer health, recommendations, scoring, and seller insights.
- Work across Customer 360, Customer Data, MDM, governance, analytics, and BI.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, backlog management, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
- Support AI- and agentic-enabled data experiences.
Top Requirements
- Strong Product Manager / Data Product Manager experience.
- Experience product-managing Data Science, Machine Learning, predictive analytics, or ML-driven products.
- Background in BI, analytics, dashboards, and enterprise data.
- Experience with Customer 360, Customer Data, MDM, or customer intelligence.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work closely with technical teams.
- Exposure to recommendation, retention, churn, propensity, customer health, or seller-intelligence use cases is highly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce or seller-facing intelligence platforms.
- Agentic AI or AI-enabled product experience.
- Experience in large global organizations or consulting environments.
Candidates do not need to code, but should be comfortable discussing data science and ML models from a Product Management perspective.
