Purpose: The Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager will use multi-channel marketing tactics to generate $2.5m in Sales-ready pipeline in 2025, while maintaining impressive cash efficiency with a 6:1 LTV to CAC ratio.
Job Description:The Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager will develop industry-focused, multi-channel demand generation campaigns to generate pipeline using a mix of tactics across paid advertising, SEO, direct mail, content, and social media. This individual will work directly with the CMO to create and execute our demand strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand campaigns to drive lead acquisition and generate pipeline
- Leverage deep experience with paid and organic channels for Meta, LinkedIn, & AI/search optimization
- Execute comprehensive net-new and retargeting programs to accelerate lead conversions
- Support content ideation and distribution for demand campaigns (e.g. reports, ebooks, etc.)
- Analyze and report on campaign ROI using analytics tools such as GA4, SEMRush, & Hubspot
- Collaborate with Lifecycle, Content, Events, Ops, and Product Marketing for results-driven campaigns
- Manage contractors, agencies, & vendors to extend your tactical impact while balancing strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in demand generation for a US-based B2B SaaS
- Deep expertise with Hubspot CRM, social media, paid & organic search, and direct mail
- Strong demand gen acumen; experience with cross-channel tactics for driving inbound interest
- Ownership mindset, taking accountability for results and outcomes over process and effort
- Effective in a remote setup with a stable 50+ Mbps internet connection
- Strong work ethic and discipline
