The Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager who’s both a visual storyteller and a strategic thinker. You’ll be the creative engine behind our brand—designing compelling content and leading social engagement across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. If you're a Canva wizard with a strong design eye and a passion for digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching graphics, visuals, and brand assets (using Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints
• Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other key platforms
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
• Run paid ad campaigns, A/B test creatives, and analyze performance metrics
• Track KPIs and optimize strategy based on engagement, reach, and conversion data
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
• Stay on top of social trends and integrate them into our content strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management
• Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Proven portfolio showcasing design, branding, and social media content
• Experience running Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and A/B testing
• Strong understanding of typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT (for content ideation, graphics creation, captions, etc.)
• Strategic mindset with experience using social media analytics to drive decisions
• Bonus: experience with influencer marketing, content calendars, or CRM tools
