The Role:
We are seeking a gifted content creator with a proven track record of filming, editing, and scaling social media accounts as a solo creator or for a brand. As our Social Media & Marketing Ops Manager, you will take ownership of creating and executing strategies that drive viral content, grow our brand presence, and foster community engagement. You'll work both independently and collaboratively to manage our social media platforms and execute marketing operations as the company grows rapidly.Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
YouTube Channel Growth:
Strategize and execute all aspects of YouTube growth, including YouTube SEO, keyword optimization, and content creation
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails using the best tools available to maximize discoverability and engagement
Track and analyze channel performance to refine strategies and grow subscribers and video views
Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Stay ahead of trends, emerging tools, and AI applications to craft captivating content
Content Creation:
Personally film, edit, and produce high-quality, on-brand videos and visuals
Be the face of the brand when needed, creating authentic on-camera content that resonates with audiences
Develop interactive and viral content to increase engagement and build a loyal community
Community Building:
Engage directly with followers, respond to comments, and foster thriving online communities
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to amplify reach and messaging
Performance & Optimization:
Monitor and analyze platform metrics to measure success
Continuously refine strategies based on data insights to achieve ambitious growth targets
Marketing Operations Support
Conference & Event Execution:
Occasionally assist in planning and executing conferences, trade shows, and marketing events, if needed
Manage logistics, materials, and schedules to ensure seamless event execution
Travelmay be required
Specialty Projects:
Contribute to tactical marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines and achieve goals
