We are looking for a commercially minded Data Scientist to help drive the next generation of analytics, machine learning and AI solutions across a global organisation.

Working within a high-performing European Data Practice, you will collaborate with talented data professionals from a range of industries and backgrounds to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Exploring, preparing and analysing large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights
• Translating business requirements into scalable data science solutions
• Building predictive models, recommendation engines and decision support tools
• Supporting personalisation initiatives across multiple customer touchpoints
• Developing and deploying AI-driven and agentic AI solutions
• Communicating findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement across data and AI capabilities

Requirements

• Experience applying data science techniques in a commercial environment
• Hands-on experience with machine learning models and production-grade ML solutions
• Strong Python skills, with PySpark, Scala or R experience beneficial
• Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning and data analytics
• Good SQL knowledge
• A proactive, curious, and solutions-focused mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in a Data Scientist or similar role
• Advanced English language skills
