We’re building a digital platform that transforms how affluent clients connect with elite financial advisers. Backed by Apollo Private Wealth, this new WealthTech venture brings together technology, data, and design to make high-quality client acquisition smarter and more scalable.

We’re looking for a Product Manager with UI/UX design experience to lead ideation, discovery, and feature delivery from zero to launch. This is a hands-on role for a builder, someone who can turn insight into wireframes, translate strategy into sprints, and work side-by-side with a lean, experienced development team.

Your profile

As Product Manager, You Will

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and sprint backlog for a new greenfield platform.
• Lead ideation, discovery, and user research to validate features before they’re built.
• Produce wireframes and prototype interfaces using tools like Figma or Whimsical.
• Translate business needs into clearly defined user stories and requirements.
• Work closely with front-end and back-end developers to guide implementation.
• Test, refine, and iterate based on user feedback and early release performance.

What You’ll Need

We’re Looking For Someone With

• 4+ years’ experience in product management or product design.
• Hands-on UI/UX experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong ability to define MVP scope, prioritise features, and run agile sprints.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and remote developers.
• A passion for simplicity, usability, and customer-centric design.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working in fintech, wealth platforms, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with lean startup principles or venture studio models.
• Exposure to usability testing, heatmaps, or analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Mixpanel).
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate more effectively.
