Role Description
We are seeking a Brand & Marketing Senior Specialist for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will develop and execute brand strategies, manage marketing campaigns, and drive brand growth across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, create marketing materials, conduct market research, and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and increase brand reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and refine brand strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives (e.g., digital, social media, email) to boost user engagement and drive growth.
- Content Creation & Oversight: Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and maintain high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities, using data insights to enhance marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and other teams to align brand messaging and effectively communicate product offerings.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use analytical tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure campaign success and guide continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Brand Marketing, Brand Management, and Brand Development
- Proven experience in Marketing and Branding (3+ years preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with tech or SaaS industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
