This position is contract to hire, hourly rate: 60-70/hr. W2. This role is 100% remote! Candidates need to work W2, NO C2C. Not interested in working with 3rd party suppliers.

We are seeking a talented UI/Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating visually stunning and highly functional dashboards and data visualizations. Responsibilities:

Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing dashboards and data visualizations using FIGMA.
Collaborate with product designers to ensure cohesive and user-friendly designs.
Apply UX principles to enhance the usability and functionality of visual designs.
Work closely with UX designers to understand user needs and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Maintain consistency in visual design across all products and platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience in UI/Visual design, specifically in data visualization and dashboard design.
Proficiency in FIGMA and a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Basic understanding of UX principles and ability to apply them in visual design.
Understanding of PowerBI and/or Tableau - must understand limitations around designing dashboards and visualizations in these tools
Ability to design components and assets as needed
Ability to collaborate effectively with product designers and UX teams.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional designs.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
