Job Title: Program & Project Manager – Compliance and Ethics (Corruption Risk Mitigation Program)
Location: Remote (PST preferred)
Reports To: Program Owner
About The Role
We are launching a Corruption Risk Mitigation Program within our Compliance and Ethics team. This initiative addresses enterprise-wide, division-specific, and country-specific corruption risks through proactive identification, intake, and mitigation processes. The role is critical for ensuring regulatory alignment (including DOJ standards) and supporting quarterly reporting to the Audit Committee.
Key Responsibilities
General
Operate effectively in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
Execute tasks quickly and pivot as priorities shift.
Influence outcomes and gain buy-in across a matrixed organization using informal authority.
Project Management
Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry and maintain data integrity.
Process Design: Develop workflows for a program currently managed in M365 tools (Word, PPT, SharePoint Lists, Forms, Power BI). Anticipate future integration with Dynamics and explore automation and AI solutions.
Meeting Management: Organize monthly program meetings: intake agenda items, prepare speakers, run meetings, track action items, and manage follow-ups.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain program trackers, request updates, fill data gaps, and manage stakeholder requests.
Program Management
Design and implement end-to-end processes to improve efficiency.
Evaluate stakeholder feedback to prioritize essential onboarding elements.
Align diverse inputs toward shared outcomes while ensuring inclusivity.
Implementation Support
Assist attorney teams with program tasks: scheduling calls, note-taking, identifying action items, and completing follow-ups.
Program Context
Focus: Intake and mitigation of corruption risks across enterprise, division, and country-specific contexts.
Scope: Collaborate with control owners and leadership to resolve identified gaps.
Manage signals from investigations and proactive risk assessments.
Examples of Issues: Expense policy compliance (Finance)
Corporate card spend controls
Engineering tool access and control issues
Current State: Month 3 of program rollout; 15+ matters in mitigation.
Transitioning to Dynamics in April; current processes are manual.
Regulatory Alignment: DOJ compliance standards; quarterly reporting to Audit Committee.
